Adult Crisis Stabilization

The Adult Intensive Crisis Stabilization Program helps men and women (age 18 and older) who have an acute psychiatric disorder such as severe psychosis or depression, intrusive behaviors, or extreme thoughts of suicide or harm to others. Patients that struggle with daily activities or experience acute episodes of a recurrent condition may be candidates for this treatment.

Patients in the program receive intensive psychiatric management to help them stabilize as quickly as possible. Continued treatment is offered to meet ongoing mental, emotional, and physical needs. This may include an outpatient or partial hospitalization program depending on the patient’s needs.

Our compassionate team of psychiatrists, mental health clinicians, and other medical personnel works with activity therapists and case managers to provide comprehensive care to all patients. The program also offers 24-hour suicide prevention.
